Safety and equipment inspection before operation

Safety inspection: Ensure that there are no obstacles around the machine, the operating area is clearly visible, the emergency stop switch function is normal, and it is easy for operators to reach.

Check data and power supply:

Voltage and current: Verify that the voltage and current readings are within the normal range to prevent electrical system overload or malfunction.

Hydraulic system: Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system, check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display normal values and are stable.

Air pressure system: Open the air shut-off valve, check if the air pressure is stable, and ensure that there is no air leakage.

Device settings:

Adjust the type, thickness, length, and width of the film according to the paper tube machine settings and cutting plan of the slitting machine.

Import the corresponding stretch film file from the management system, and set the rewind length and width of the film.

Choose a suitable winding station, adjust the roller arms and rollers, and install the appropriate paper core specifications.
