What are the operation and maintenance requirements of the bubble film machine?
First, operation requirements:
When starting up, check whether the power cables are disconnected and for leaks. Check the instruments for damage or abnormalities. Before starting, ensure that all components are safe and normal to avoid affecting production and causing accidents.
Check and fill the reducer and air compressor with lubricating oil. Check the lubrication of mechanical transmission parts to avoid machine damage and noise caused by dry operation.
Ensure that the compressed air pressure of the expansion tube blank is appropriate, which can neither destroy the tube blank nor compromise the symmetry and stability of the film tube, thus ensuring production quality.
Maintain optimal conditions for film formation by adjusting the molding temperature, cooling air temperature, and expansion rate. Increasing turbidity and decreasing luster indicate a need for adjustments.
When the discharge from the die mouth is uniform, wear gloves and lift the tube blank slowly. Close the end of the tube and gently open the intake control valve. Inject a small amount of compressed air from the center hole of the mandrel. Carefully guide it through the bubble stabilizer and the zigzag plate, screw it onto the traction roller and guide roller until it is rolled up (if embossed, through the embossed roller).
Before starting, check whether the power cables are disconnected and for leaks. Check the instruments for damage or abnormalities. Ensure that all components are safe and normal to prevent production disruptions and accidents.
