How often does the bubble film machine need to be maintained
The maintenance period for the bubble film machine is as follows: thorough cleaning of the die every three months, replacement of grease for various bearings every three months, replacement of lubricating oil for the reducer every six months, and complete equipment overhaul every two years.
In addition to regular maintenance, the foam machine requires attention to the following three points:
First, when feeding the hopper, ensure it is clean and strictly prevent metal debris, sand, and small tools from entering the feed port to prevent damage to the barrel and screw. If abnormal sounds are heard during operation, stop immediately for processing.
Second, before each startup, check each system and regularly inspect lubrication of the lubricated parts.
Third, if the screw is removed from the barrel for any reason, it should be handled properly to prevent deformation. If not installed in the barrel for an extended period, the screw must be hung vertically to prevent damage, bending, and deformation. Apply anti-rust oil to the surface of the barrel and screw for protection.
