Can Wrapping Film Be Used As A Packaging Material For Non-woven Fabrics?
At present, the domestic non-woven fabric market is very huge. In addition to domestic sales, non-woven fabrics are often exported, and a large number of non-woven fabrics are packaged in rolls. Therefore, packaging has become a crucial issue during transportation.

As we all know, some non-woven fabrics are used as basic materials for facial mask, baby diapers and other products, so their packaging requirements will be higher.
Firstly, it is necessary to choose a brand new PE material packaging film, as PE is non-toxic and odorless. Currently, the ones that meet these two requirements are PE packaging bags and PE wrapping film. Secondly, during transportation, due to loading and unloading issues, it is required that the packaging material must have a certain level of wear resistance. Therefore, the thickness of the packaging film should not be too low. Generally, PE packaging bags are single-layer packaging, with a thickness of no less than 8 threads (0.08mm). PE winding film is multi-layer packaging, with a thickness of no less than 2.5 threads (0.025mm).
So, what are the advantages of PE wrapping film as a packaging material for non-woven fabrics compared to ordinary PE packaging bags?
Firstly, the adhesion is higher and can be tightly wrapped around non-woven fabrics. Traditional PE packaging bags have lower adhesion. Secondly, it has better wear resistance as it is a multi-layer packaging, resulting in more dispersed stress surfaces and less likely to be damaged. So, currently many exported non-woven fabrics are required by overseas customers to use PE winding film packaging, which is because they are attracted to its superior performance.
